Chris came round to my house himself and had a look at the work that needed to be done, he explained and then discussed all the different options and recommendations of what i needed to have done. My roof was no easy task it had its issues but chris and his team did more than expected to rectify these problems as anyone else would have probably left them. His work was of a very high standard with a 10 year guarantee. He talked me through everything as the job was being done so no hidden costs, very polite, friendly, clean and tidy.
